- 3. Despatch of Publications: The publications are packed in good quality Plastic
                bubble lined envelopes to ensure no damage in postage and are sent by AIRMAIL, REGISTERED
                POST to guarantee their delivery. If undelivered, Packets are received back, for
                sending these again, the customer has to pay the Packing and Postage Charges.
- 4. Replacement copy of Allelopathy Journal (AJ): If not received, confirm from
                your Post Office. Requests for replacement of AJ copies will not be entertained,
                3 months after its release.
- 5. Price: The publications are sold at Current price. Prices can be increased
                any time without notice.
- 6. Discount:
                - (i). Allelopathy Journal: Discount in the Price is available only on 10 or more
                    Subscriptions per Order.
- (ii). Books: Our prices are nominal. Discount is given on 5 or more copies of same
                    Book.
 
- 7. Reply to letters: Generally we reply to all letters within 1-2 days after
                receipt. Hence, the delay in reply is due to postal delays. For faster communication,

- 8. Books/Journal sold once cannot be returned/exchanged, nor money is refunded.
- 9. Any legal action against Foundation will be in Jurisdiction of Civil Courts, Rohtak,
