Authors are responsible for ensuring that all ethical standards are strictly followed in their research.
Studies involving human participants must have prior approval from a recognized Ethics Committee or Institutional Review Board (IRB). The name of the ethics committee and the approval number (or code) must be clearly stated in the manuscript’s Materials and Methods section.
Informed consent must be obtained from all participants, or from legal guardians in the case of minors or individuals unable to provide consent. Consent forms should explain the study’s purpose, procedures, potential risks, and benefits. If photographs or identifying information are used, authors must obtain explicit written permission for publication.
Personal data and identifying details must be anonymized to protect participant confidentiality. Data sharing must comply with institutional and legal data protection requirements (e.g., GDPR or equivalent).
Research involving animals must have prior approval from an appropriate Institutional Animal Ethics Committee (IAEC) or Animal Care and Use Committee (ACUC). The name of the approving body and the reference number should be mentioned in the manuscript.
Experiments must comply with internationally accepted standards for the care and use of laboratory animals (e.g., ARRIVE, OECD, or CPCSEA guidelines). Pain, suffering, and distress must be minimized through humane handling, appropriate anesthesia, and post-procedure care.

Research involving wild plants or animals must comply with national and international conservation laws (e.g., IUCN, CITES) and local collection permits. Authors must include details of the permissions obtained from appropriate authorities.
